AC Repair & Maintenance in An Nahdah, Riyadh
We serve An Nahdah as part of our coverage of the whole of Riyadh — air conditioning, refrigeration and cold rooms, for homes, shops and buildings.
About 17km from the city centre, in the east of Riyadh, lies An Nahdah. Streets we serve there include Abdulrahman Al Naser, Al-Hukam Al Mustansar Billah, Obaydah Ibn Al Harath Street and Hafsa Bint Omar Rd and the roads running off them. It is quietly residential, internal streets throughout, and most of what we work on there is domestic rather than commercial.
An Nahdah is a district of east Riyadh. We come out with our own technicians — our people, not subcontracted leads — from our shop in Al Rayyan, where we have worked in refrigeration and air conditioning since 1985 under a Riyadh Region Municipality licence.
The building stock in An Nahdah
The internal streets of east Riyadh are densely residential: apartment blocks and villas, with most outdoor units mounted on narrow façades or in light wells.
In the apartment blocks here most outdoor units sit in internal light wells or on narrow façades. Poor condenser airflow in those positions is the first cause of weak cooling that no fault explains.
The interior streets of An Nahdah — among them Abdulrahman Al Naser and Al-Hukam Al Mustansar Billah — are residential in character rather than through-routes, and that changes the kind of work we are called out for. Traffic dust loading is lower, but the recurring problem here is units fitted years ago in positions that are awkward to service: on cramped roof spaces or behind parapets. A unit that is hard to wash is a unit that does not get washed, and weak cooling shows up two or three years later.
We also serve neighbouring Al Khalij, Al Andalus and King Faisal, and often cover them on the same technician run.

Common questions about AC service in An Nahdah
Do you actually serve An Nahdah, or pass the job on?
We serve it ourselves. Our technicians are our own staff, not middlemen buying a lead, and we work out of our shop in Al Rayyan on Prince Majed bin Abdulaziz Street. Call 0571839848 or message us on WhatsApp and we will book you in directly.
Do you cover Abdulrahman Al Naser and Al-Hukam Al Mustansar Billah?
Yes. We cover Abdulrahman Al Naser, Al-Hukam Al Mustansar Billah, Obaydah Ibn Al Harath Street, Hafsa Bint Omar Rd and every street branching off them inside An Nahdah. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will be there.
My outdoor unit is in a tight space — does that matter?
Yes, and it is very common across east Riyadh, where many units sit on narrow façades or internal light wells. Poor airflow around the condenser raises operating pressure and shortens compressor life. We fix it by repositioning the unit or improving ventilation, not by replacing the machine.
The outdoor unit at my home in An Nahdah is awkward to reach — can you still service it?
Yes. Many units on interior streets such as Abdulrahman Al Naser were fitted into tight positions on roofs or behind parapets, and we reach them with our own equipment and wash them in place. If the position itself is what keeps causing faults, we say so and suggest repositioning the unit once rather than servicing around the problem every season.
How soon can you get to An Nahdah?
An Nahdah is around 17km from central Riyadh, and on most days we reach you the same day. At the height of summer it may extend to the next day, and annual contract holders have scheduling priority.
Do you work with contractors in An Nahdah from shell stage?
Yes, and it is the best stage to involve us. Pipe routes, outdoor unit positions and ventilation, and drainage falls cost almost nothing to get right at shell stage and a great deal to correct after finishing. We review drawings, run first fix, then install, test and hand over.
The display chiller in my shop in An Nahdah is not cooling — will you come?
Yes, and we move commercial cases up the list. Most of what we find is not the compressor but a failed door seal, a defrost fault, or a condenser packed with dust. We measure temperature at several points and tell you what we found before starting.
What if I am in Al Khalij rather than An Nahdah?
We serve that too. Al Khalij, Al Andalus, King Faisal are all within our coverage, along with the rest of Riyadh's 164 districts, north, south, east, west and centre.
Why trust you over someone else in An Nahdah?
Because we measure before opening anything and tell you the numbers we found before we start; because the technician who visits is our own employee who can come back and already knows your installation; and because we have worked from a real shop since 1985 under a Riyadh Region Municipality licence.
There is ice on my AC pipes — what should I do?
Switch it off immediately and let it thaw before running it again, because running the compressor with ice present can return liquid to it and destroy it. Ice is a symptom, not the illness: either restricted airflow from a blocked filter or coil, or low refrigerant from a leak. If it returns after cleaning, a leak is the likely cause and needs detection.
Is washing the filter enough, or do I need a full clean?
The filter only catches the coarse material. Riyadh's fine dust passes through and settles on the evaporator fins behind it, packing down with condensation into an insulating layer no vacuum will lift. That is why homes that wash the filter monthly still lose cooling season after season. A deep clean reaches the coil, the drain pan, the drain line and the outdoor unit.
Do you work evenings and Fridays?
We work 8am to 11pm Saturday to Thursday, and 2pm to 11pm Friday. Send a WhatsApp message and we will tell you the earliest genuinely available slot.
