AC Repair & Maintenance in Al Andalus, Riyadh
Al Andalus is a district we serve daily, with a high share of central and ducted systems.
We serve Al Andalus regularly for maintenance, washing and installation. It sits in our daily schedule rather than being an exceptional trip.
The building stock in Al Andalus
Al Andalus is an orderly residential district of villas and duplexes, with a higher share of central and ducted systems than the east Riyadh average. Our work here leans towards air handler servicing, duct cleaning and resolving uneven cooling between rooms — air distribution problems that are not solved by replacing the machine.
In the apartment blocks here most outdoor units sit in internal light wells or on narrow façades. Poor condenser airflow in those positions is the first cause of weak cooling that no fault explains.
The interior streets of Al Andalus — among them Abi Saeed Al Khidri and Abdulrahman Al Naser — are residential in character rather than through-routes, and that changes the kind of work we are called out for. Traffic dust loading is lower, but the recurring problem here is units fitted years ago in positions that are awkward to service: on cramped roof spaces or behind parapets. A unit that is hard to wash is a unit that does not get washed, and weak cooling shows up two or three years later.
We also serve neighbouring Ar Rawdah, King Faisal and Al Manar, and often cover them on the same technician run.

Common questions about AC service in Al Andalus
Do you actually serve Al Andalus, or pass the job on?
We serve it ourselves. Our technicians are our own staff, not middlemen buying a lead, and we work out of our shop in Al Rayyan on Prince Majed bin Abdulaziz Street. Call 0571839848 or message us on WhatsApp and we will book you in directly.
Do you cover Abi Saeed Al Khidri and Abdulrahman Al Naser?
Yes. We cover Abi Saeed Al Khidri, Abdulrahman Al Naser, Ibn Rashiq, Hafsa Bint Omar Rd and every street branching off them inside Al Andalus. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will be there.
My outdoor unit is in a tight space — does that matter?
Yes, and it is very common across east Riyadh, where many units sit on narrow façades or internal light wells. Poor airflow around the condenser raises operating pressure and shortens compressor life. We fix it by repositioning the unit or improving ventilation, not by replacing the machine.
The outdoor unit at my home in Al Andalus is awkward to reach — can you still service it?
Yes. Many units on interior streets such as Abi Saeed Al Khidri were fitted into tight positions on roofs or behind parapets, and we reach them with our own equipment and wash them in place. If the position itself is what keeps causing faults, we say so and suggest repositioning the unit once rather than servicing around the problem every season.
Does reaching Al Andalus take longer because it is far from your shop?
No. Our teams move across the whole of Riyadh rather than setting out from the shop each time. Al Andalus is about 15km from the city centre and sits within our daily runs; the slot depends on how busy the day is, not on the distance.
We have a building in Al Andalus and want a maintenance contract — do you do that?
Yes, and it is half our work. We arrange a survey, inventory the equipment by count and location, and set out a written scope before any commitment: what each visit covers, how many visits and when, and emergency response time. We issue compliant tax invoices.
Do you repair fridges and display chillers in Al Andalus?
Yes. Refrigeration is half our name and it is on our licence. We repair domestic fridges and freezers as well as display chillers in grocers, restaurants and pharmacies, and we prioritise commercial cases because downtime means lost stock.
Do you cover the districts next to Al Andalus?
Yes, and usually on the same technician run. Ar Rawdah, King Faisal, Al Manar border it and we work there constantly, and our coverage is the whole city of Riyadh — 164 districts.
What if the same fault comes back after you repair it?
Call us and we come back. We stand behind what we hand over, and we are not a mobile number on an advert — a licensed establishment at a fixed address, working from the same shop since 1985, and easy to find.
There is ice on my AC pipes — what should I do?
Switch it off immediately and let it thaw before running it again, because running the compressor with ice present can return liquid to it and destroy it. Ice is a symptom, not the illness: either restricted airflow from a blocked filter or coil, or low refrigerant from a leak. If it returns after cleaning, a leak is the likely cause and needs detection.
Is washing the filter enough, or do I need a full clean?
The filter only catches the coarse material. Riyadh's fine dust passes through and settles on the evaporator fins behind it, packing down with condensation into an insulating layer no vacuum will lift. That is why homes that wash the filter monthly still lose cooling season after season. A deep clean reaches the coil, the drain pan, the drain line and the outdoor unit.
Do you work evenings and Fridays?
We work 8am to 11pm Saturday to Thursday, and 2pm to 11pm Friday. Send a WhatsApp message and we will tell you the earliest genuinely available slot.
