About us

We started four decades ago, when air conditioners in Riyadh were fewer and simpler, and we have continued as the equipment changed from window units to splits to inverters and central systems. That long stretch is not a number for boasting; it is a practical advantage. The technician who arrives today has seen your fault hundreds of times before.

Refrigeration is half our name

Our legal name is Kafi Jaber Hawshan Al-Dhafiri Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Establishment, and our licence covers both. That is why we repair fridges, display chillers and cold rooms alongside air conditioners — something most Riyadh AC companies do not do, because they simply do not work in commercial refrigeration.

How we work

We diagnose by measurement, not guesswork, explain what we found in numbers, and agree the work with you before starting. And if a repair is not worth it, we say so plainly, even when it costs us the job. That approach is why we are still in the same district after forty years.

Where we work

Our shop is in Al Rayyan on Prince Majed bin Abdulaziz Street, and our teams work out from there across the whole of Riyadh — 164 districts north, south, east, west and centre. See our service areas.
