AC Repair & Maintenance in Jabrah, Riyadh
We serve Jabrah as part of our coverage of the whole of Riyadh — air conditioning, refrigeration and cold rooms, for homes, shops and buildings.
Streets we serve there include Al Frazdaq, Ar Rass, Al Imam Faisal Ibn Turki Ibn Abdullah and Al Imam Muhammed Bin S'Aud Bin Maqroon and the roads running off them. Jabrah sits in the south of Riyadh, roughly 1km out from the city centre. We usually come in from Prince Abdullah Bin Abdur-Rahaman Bin Faisal and work outward into the internal streets, where most of the calls are.
Jabrah is a district of south Riyadh. We come out with our own technicians — our people, not subcontracted leads — from our shop in Al Rayyan, where we have worked in refrigeration and air conditioning since 1985 under a Riyadh Region Municipality licence.
The building stock in Jabrah
The internal streets of south Riyadh are the oldest and densest residential fabric in the city: houses and blocks many of which go back decades, most still on window and split units.
On the internal streets most of what we see is long-standing refrigerant leaks that were never repaired so charging keeps repeating, and drain lines blocked solid with dust and algae until water overflows indoors.
The interior streets of Jabrah — among them Al Frazdaq and Ar Rass — are residential in character rather than through-routes, and that changes the kind of work we are called out for. Traffic dust loading is lower, but the recurring problem here is units fitted years ago in positions that are awkward to service: on cramped roof spaces or behind parapets. A unit that is hard to wash is a unit that does not get washed, and weak cooling shows up two or three years later.
We also serve neighbouring Ad Dahu, Al-Dubiyah and Al Ud, and often cover them on the same technician run.

Common questions about AC service in Jabrah
Do you actually serve Jabrah, or pass the job on?
We serve it ourselves. Our technicians are our own staff, not middlemen buying a lead, and we work out of our shop in Al Rayyan on Prince Majed bin Abdulaziz Street. Call 0571839848 or message us on WhatsApp and we will book you in directly.
Do you cover Al Frazdaq and Ar Rass?
Yes. We cover Al Frazdaq, Ar Rass, Al Imam Faisal Ibn Turki Ibn Abdullah, Al Imam Muhammed Bin S'Aud Bin Maqroon and every street branching off them inside Jabrah. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will be there.
My unit in Jabrah is old — repair or replace?
We say it straight even when it costs us the job: if the compressor itself has gone and the unit is past ten years, replacing serves you better. If it is a run capacitor, a fan, or a sealable leak, repair is worth it. We diagnose first, then tell you.
I have had the gas topped up repeatedly and it still does not cool — why?
Because refrigerant is not consumed. If it is low there is an unrepaired leak, and every top-up without a repair just means another call in months. It is the complaint we hear most in south Riyadh, where many installations are old. We find and seal the leak first, then charge.
The outdoor unit at my home in Jabrah is awkward to reach — can you still service it?
Yes. Many units on interior streets such as Al Frazdaq were fitted into tight positions on roofs or behind parapets, and we reach them with our own equipment and wash them in place. If the position itself is what keeps causing faults, we say so and suggest repositioning the unit once rather than servicing around the problem every season.
When can you actually get to Jabrah?
Usually the same day. We do not quote you a theoretical slot — when you call we tell you the earliest one we genuinely have. Through June and July demand rises on every team in the city and the earliest may be the following day.
Do you take on buildings and projects in Jabrah?
Yes. We work on buildings under construction, villas, towers, mosques, schools, restaurants and warehouses: first-fix and installation; central, ducted and chiller maintenance; cold rooms; and annual contracts with compliant tax invoicing.
Do you work on cold rooms in Jabrah?
Yes. Cold and freezer rooms for restaurants, warehouses and pharmacies have been part of our work since 1985 — installation, servicing and scheduled contracts. We prioritise them, because an hour of downtime can cost more than the repair.
I am on the edge of Jabrah and not sure which district I am in — does it matter?
Not at all. Ad Dahu, Ad Dirah and everything between them are within our coverage. Tell us your nearest landmark — a mosque, a school, a main street — and we will place you.
Do you guarantee the work in Jabrah?
We stand behind every job we walk away from. If the same fault returns after our repair, call us and we come back. Licensed by Riyadh Region Municipality and working from the same shop since 1985 — our reputation among our customers is what backs the work.
There is ice on my AC pipes — what should I do?
Switch it off immediately and let it thaw before running it again, because running the compressor with ice present can return liquid to it and destroy it. Ice is a symptom, not the illness: either restricted airflow from a blocked filter or coil, or low refrigerant from a leak. If it returns after cleaning, a leak is the likely cause and needs detection.
Is washing the filter enough, or do I need a full clean?
The filter only catches the coarse material. Riyadh's fine dust passes through and settles on the evaporator fins behind it, packing down with condensation into an insulating layer no vacuum will lift. That is why homes that wash the filter monthly still lose cooling season after season. A deep clean reaches the coil, the drain pan, the drain line and the outdoor unit.
Do you work evenings and Fridays?
We work 8am to 11pm Saturday to Thursday, and 2pm to 11pm Friday. Send a WhatsApp message and we will tell you the earliest genuinely available slot.
